Dr Hemrajani aims for excellence in her medical practice with human compassion, care and dedication and consults in both public and private hospitals in Melbourne. She offers treatment for wide varieties of obstetrics and gynaecological conditions. Sujata graduated in medicine in 1989 and subsequently completed a Masters in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1995 from India. She undertook advanced training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology until 1998 at St Stephens Hospital, New Delhi. Between 1999 and mid-2003, she was in private practice and was an A/Professor in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Infertility department at Mahatma Gandhi National Institute of Medical Sciences, Jaipur. In Australia, she offered her services to various Victorian Hospitals (Royal Womens Hospital, the Geelong Hospital, Sunshine Hospital and Mercy Hospital). She achieved her fellowship of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology through a specialist pathway assessment.
She acquired a Diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2012 at the Royal Womens Hospital, Melbourne. She is also a member of International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine.
Sujata is currently consulting privately at St Vincent’s Private Hospital, Werribee and is also associated with Werribee Mercy and Northern Hospitals as a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. She is a Clinical Lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Notre Dame University.
